Today I woke up to find that my recent purchase of ManhattanCondo.com had finally gone through. So I actually purchased this domain as a premium domain and at a premium price. I purchased it for a higher amount than I had wished but I’ve always wanted this name and I actually played both the side of a domainer and as an end-user in this transaction. The idea is that I wanted to eventually use this for my business and I didn’t want this domain to get away. Now the big dilema is now to have the name generate some income to make the purchase worth it until I actually expand to New York City. I’m sure I’ll find a way.
