Another domain which I bought in godaddy’s aftermarket marketplace finally came through – and it’s a good keyword rich domain which is close to my market in my other business. The name is SouthBeachMiamiCondos.com – My goal is to SEO optimize this name for search terms related to Miami Condos and South Beach Condos. I recently was disappointed in my pagerank related to MiamiCondoRealty.com so now’s the time to make it up.

Today I woke up to find that my recent purchase of ManhattanCondo.com had finally gone through. So I actually purchased this domain as a premium domain and at a premium price. I purchased it for a higher amount than I had wished but I’ve always wanted this name and I actually played both the side of a domainer and as an end-user in this transaction. The idea is that I wanted to eventually use this for my business and I didn’t want this domain to get away. Now the big dilema is now to have the name generate some income to make the purchase worth it until I actually expand to New York City. I’m sure I’ll find a way.

Soon you will see a dedicated website for you guessed it Miami Waterfront Condos for Sale and Rent (probably in about a few days – the fastest turnaround time in my market)
